Jinyasa grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the BPM Master app for educational purposes. This license is for personal use only and may not be shared, redistributed or re-produced..
To prevent unauthorized distribution of our proprietary content, the following limits apply:
You are granted a license to use the App on a maximum of two (2) authorized devices concurrently.
To accommodate hardware upgrades while preventing license abuse, you may register a maximum of two (2) new devices within any sixty (60) day rolling period.
Registration occurs automatically when you log in on a new device. Once the limit is reached, you will be unable to authorize a new device until the 60-day window resets or an existing device is de-authorized.
To maintain the integrity of your progress across devices, the App requires a data sync with our servers at least once every 24 hours. Failure to connect within this window may result in temporary restricted access to cloud-based features until a sync is completed.
The App supports offline study. You may take quizzes without an active internet connection on your authorized devices.
Collection of the hashed device identifier is required for these security features. This collection is a contractual necessity for the provision of the service.
All content including the entire quiz bank and app design are the property of Jinyasa.. This also includes deliberate app features and design.
The BPM Master app utilizes frameworks and notations from third parties (e.g., OMG and APQC) under educational fair use or license. No ownership rights to these standards are granted to the user.
You may not scrape, copy, or redistribute questions from this App for commercial or competitive use, or any other purpose not listed here, unless with explicit written permssion.
All content including the entire quiz bank and app design are the property of Jinyasa.. This also includes deliberate app features and design.
Use of this App does not guarantee passing any professional exam or securing employment. We are not affiliated with official certifying bodies.
We are not liable for business losses, exam registration fees, time lost or consequential damages resulting from the use of this App.
A "Breach of License" occurs if you violate any terms set forth in this Agreement. Specific examples of a material breach include, but are not limited to:
Attempting to bypass, "spoof," or manipulate the Hashed Device Identifier system to exceed the authorized device limits.
Sharing your account credentials with third parties to allow unauthorized access to the App’s content.
Using manual methods or automated tools (bots, scrapers, or AI) to extract questions, explanations, or media from the App for use in external databases or commercial training.
Reverse-engineering the App’s code or attempting to access the underlying Google Cloud SQL or Cloud Run infrastructure.
In the event of a suspected breach, Jinyasa-BPM Master reserves the right to take the following actions at its sole discretion:
Temporary Suspension: Immediate, temporary restriction of your access to the cloud-sync features and Question Bank while an investigation is conducted.
Permanent Termination: Final revocation of your license and permanent deletion of your account. In the case of a terminal breach (such as commercial data theft), no refunds will be issued for any active subscriptions or one-time purchases.
Data Erasure: Remote de-authorization of the App on your devices, requiring you to delete all local copies of the App and its cached content.
Unauthorized use of the App’s proprietary educational content may constitute a violation of copyright and intellectual property laws. Jinyasa-BPM Master reserves the right to seek injunctive relief, statutory damages, and legal fees in jurisdictions where such violations occur.
